Shipping & Returns
Once an on-line order has been processed, we are unable to change the selected shipping method. Please note that we use a variety of carriers for each shipping option, and we shall select the most appropriate delivery method for the specified shipping address.
It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing an order. Please be advised that the carrier may require someone to sign for your shipment. If you are shipping to an apartment or an office building, the carrier may require you to sign for the packages, and may not be prepared to leave them at the door.

General Shipping Costs
Estimated Shipping Times are around 2-4 days for addresses in Europe, and around 5-10 days for addresses outside Europe. Of course we will try to make it shorter. Please also take into account 1 business days for the processing of orders for ready to ship products. In any case, Daard may not be held liable for any damage, defect, material difference or loss that may be incurred by the products once they have been delivered to the freight forwarder. In such instances, Daard shall not be able to provide a replacement of, or refund for, any products delivered to a freight forwarder.
Freight forwarders may refuse goods that arrive damaged, and you shall be liable for any goods lost after being received by a freight forwarder. We shall be happy to assist you should you require any further information. Please email us at [email protected].
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return any unused merchandise within 10 days of the original shipping date for a prompt refund. You will be refunded for the total of the merchandise. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, unless the product arrived damaged or the incorrect product was shipped. Please allow 14 business days for us to process your return. Please allow 1‐2 billing cycles for the credit to show up on your credit card statement. If you return any part of your order and that order was part of a promotion, any refund may be reduced accordingly.
1. Write to [email protected] and request a return authorization, remembering to include the words “RETURN REQUEST” in the email subject field. Please include the following information within the email: ‐ Surname of the person who placed the order – Email address of the person who placed the order ‐ Order Number ‐ Reason for the return
2. Include the original packing list inside the package. (If you no longer have it, please include a piece of paper stating your name, address, email, phone number, the name of the product being returned and the order number.)
3. Please choose the return shipping method and carrier that are best suited to you, and that will provide you with a tracking number and insurance coverage. We may not be held liable for your return until it is received at our distribution center.
Items must be returned in brand new, unused condition, with all hang tags and packaging intact.
